2025 Walk-a-Thon Volunteers

It takes an army of volunteers to assure that the Walk-a-Thon runs smoothly. We provide lunch for all volunteers that are able to help for more than one shift. Please consider signing up for more than one shift if you are able.

*If you would like to walk with your student(s), please only sign up for their walk shift as an event photographer or at the registration table. The other volunteer slots will require the volunteer to remain outside of the soccer field for the duration of the shift.

Create posters and/or banners to publicize the event, build excitement, and highlight our sponsors. The majority of this work can be done at home.

Tents

We are in need of several tents to set up over tables at Walkathon. If you have a tent that we can borrow, please let us know by signing up here. Tents can be dropped off at the school on Sept 18h during school hours, Sept 19th at drop off, at a board or committee member's house, or we can arrange to pick it up.

Raffle Basket Donations

Own or know a Small or Local Business owner? We are expanding our raffle basket table at this year's walkathon to raise money for playground upgrades and would love your support. We are seeking full basket donations, items to make baskets, gift certificates, etc. Donated items must be delivered to the school by September 10th.
