Reading Night

Reading Night

reading night

One night a year, families come to school for a night of reading fun at school! This free event features professional storytellers, guest readers, refreshments, raffles, and more!

On Reading Night, a mixture of Professional Storytellers and Special Guest Readers entertain families with stories and books. Each Reader is assigned to a classroom and families choose which rooms to visit.

Each year, there is a unique theme which allows for some additional fun activities. In the past, we've had a Scavenger Hunt, a Sing-a-Long, a Photo Booth, and more!

Refreshments are served, raffles are held, and the Fall Book Fair is open. Students are also welcome to come dressed according to the theme, or to wear their pajamas and slippers!

Reading Night is a wonderful celebration of the joys of stories and reading. You won't want to miss it!
